Parts To Be Straightened Are Placed Between the Upper and Lower Rails. When the Machine is Started, the Head Lowers an Adjustable Amount by Hydraulic Pressure, Over Bending the Part. At the Same Time the Lower Slide Moves Forward Rotating the Part, The Pressure Decreases to Zero by the End of the Stroke, and the Part is Straight. Parts may be Unloaded from the Back of the Slide or From the Front After the Slide has Returned to the Starting Position. The Number of Upper and Lower Rails and Their Position may be Varied According to the Characteristics of the Parts. Reciprocating Parts Fixture. Unload Pan.
