48" WIDE x .036 STIRLICH HYDRAULIC SHEAR SERIAL #: -Four (4) side high carbon - high chrome shear blades, upper bowtie, lower straight rake blade. -170 Stroke Per Minute - 40 Cuts Per Minute -Shear ram actuated through two (2) heavy duty hydraulic cylinders and rides on replaceable bronze wear plates. -Rack & Pinion Shear Ram Design. -Non-Marking Stripper Bar. -Dedicated hydraulic pumping unit for shear actuation. -Complete controls with start/stop/crop/inch buttons. -Shear head mounted on adjustable slide base adjusted through precision jack screws via AC gear motor to handle door lengths from 72" - 96.50". -Shear mounting includes squaring adjustment to allow cuts to be taken out of perpendicular to the lines center axis. This single point adjustment allows for slight off-center positioning of the incoming strip.
