Packed with premium features, the double-ended reel includes a 3-lead hydraulic mandrel expansion, powered turret indexing, dual motorized coil hold-down arms, and an air brake for seamless loading and reduced downtime. The integrated 7-roll powered coil straightener offers digital roll position indicators, self-centering edge guides, an AC variable frequency drive with laser loop control, and a stock peeler station for effortless threading—paired with a COE CPTT-12 exit threading table.
