6" 30:1 L/D PE and PP Extrusion Line
System includes: Crusher / compactor with infeed conveyor with control panel
Two stage plastic extruder:
1) 150mm x 4500mm (30:1) primary, double vented with vacuum system & 2 stage
filtration
2) 150mm x 1800mm (12:1) secondary, single vented with 2 stage filtration
480V, 50A, 60Hz
600 to 1,000 Kg/Hr
Water bath strand cooling system with dewatering blowers, strand cutter, vibrating table,
cooling tank, cooling tower, recirculation pumps, discharge vacuums, storage cyclone and
pneumatic storage cyclone discharge.
Low hours and spare parts included
