Description
Used 46 Grasshopper Conveyors, sold in multiples of six and divided into two lots. Lot 1a consists of 23 units manufactured by Terranova, each measuring 42 inches wide by 100 feet long and equipped with Falk 5307 J14 A Quadrive gearboxes with a 14.03:1 ratio. Lot 1b includes 23 units manufactured by Superior in 2012, each measuring 36 inches wide by 115 feet long. These are portable field truss conveyors fitted with 3-ply, 330 PIW belts (3/16" x 1/16", 42DP), powered by Toshiba 60 HP motors (1800 RPM, 364T frame, 460V, TEFC) and driven by Falk 5315 J14 A gear drives. The drive drum measures 20 inches in diameter with a 38-inch face, and the tail drum is 16 inches in diameter with a 38-inch face. Electrical components include 480V, 100A enclosures, a 60 HP starter panel, and a 75 KVA Becker Mining Powercenter transformer (4160V to 480V). These conveyors are ideal for jump conveyor applications and heavy-duty material handling.
