7 plate, chocolate tempering system capable of doing 1000 kg, or 2,200 lbs per hour with maximum pressure rating of 6 bars. 20" OD x 26" High tempering chamber with (7) plate, water jacketed, scrape surface agitated zones with bottom mounted motor drive and flanged bolt down cover has (18) 1/2" bolts on 4-1/2" centers with top and side 8" OD flanged product ports with (4) 1/2" bolts on 4-1/2" centers, and modular turbulent flow water system, with filters for rapid heat transfer and cooling thru surface area of the tempering elements.
