Damrow / Tetra Pak Model Double O, vertical, 304 stainless steel, low pressure jacketed, cheese curd / whey processing vat with capacities up to 50,000 lbs. Outer chamber dimmensions: 192" L x 108" W x 83" straight wall. Dome top has 18" OD man way with flip up bolt down cover and safety grate, 5 Hp bridge mounted motor drive with (2) gear reducers and dual gate style agitators, (1) 8" OD site port, (1) 5" OD vent (1) 3" (2) 2-1/2", (2) 2" OD sanitary and (1) 2" OD thread top ports. Full low pressure side and bottom jacket with (2) 1-1/4" ID, (2) 1" ID (1) 1-1/2" ID (1) 2-1/2" ID threaded side and (2) 1-1/2" ID threaded bottom jacket in / outlets. (1) 6-3/4" OD and (2) 4-3/4" OD sanitary side bottom ports one side and (2) 1" ID threaded and (1) 1/2" OD sanitary side bottom ports other side. Dish bottom with 3" OD sanitary end bottom discharge with 12" floor clearance. Mounted on (8) stainless steel legs. Designed for the production of high quality cheese curd and whey suitable for most cheese types from hard varieties like cheddar, semi hard like gouda, to soft / fresh like blue cheese.
