Detailed Product Description


9 plate chocolate tempering system rated up to 1000 kg or (2,200 lbs) per hour with pressure rating: up to 6 bar. Equipped with 9 plate tempering chamber 18" OD x 24" High with water jacketed plates and scrape surface agitation. Flanged cover, top center mounted temperature gauge, 2-1/2" OD threaded top and bottom product inlet /outlets, modular flow water system with filters that allow heat transfer through the surface area of the tempering elements. Enclosed chamber system with controls for five temperature zones, water pump, and heaters. Requires drive.
