Holmatic Model HSC65, automatic, stainless steel, 2-up, 8 pocket rotary container sealer, rated from 25 to 100 cups per minute – depending on materials and application. Container size: 3/4" to 7" in Diameter and 3/4" to 6-1/2" rectangle and both up to 8" in Height and can handle most shapes with proper change parts. Currently equipped with 94" long x 4-1/2" wide plastic delron cup conveyor, 22" OD rotary turn table with (8) cup stations, currently set for 5" OD cups, has single die-cut sealing head and scrap film take away. Control panel has A/B PLC controller with heat seal contoller, heat seal pressure gauge, heater only on / off switch, container transport and forward, reverse, stop switch and start, stop, e-stop buttons. Mounted on (4) leg stainless steel base frame with interlock safety guarding.
